Project inquiries
The inquiry form sends your name, email, project details, and any links you provide through Web3Forms to my inbox. I use these details to respond and arrange your work. Web3Forms processes submissions under its privacy policy, which describes its retention and service providers. You may also email me directly.
Booking an appointment
The booking service runs in Google Apps Script and uses my Google Calendar to check availability and reserve your visit. It processes your name, email, optional phone number, job address, project description, chosen date and time, and acceptance of the displayed labor terms.
A verification code is sent to your email before a time is reserved. Temporary verification records are used to prevent duplicate bookings and abuse. Confirmed job details are stored in my calendar and confirmation emails so I can prepare for and attend your appointment. The public booking page shows available starts; it does not show the names, addresses, or details of other appointments.
Google processes this information under its privacy policy. Please only share information relevant to the job. Email me if you need to change or cancel a booking, or ask about information you have shared.
AI project assistant
The optional AI assistant sends the questions you enter and the recent conversation to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. It is for general assembly questions and planning examples. Do not include names, contact details, street addresses, or confidential information. Use the existing inquiry or booking form for those details. The assistant blocks common email, phone-number, and street-address patterns, but that filter cannot recognize every kind of personal information.
This assistant uses Google’s unpaid API service. Google may use prompts and responses to improve its products and machine-learning technology, and human reviewers may review them. Read Google’s unpaid-service data terms before using it. The checkbox beside the question form asks you to acknowledge this processing.
ValarCraft does not save chat text in its website database. The recent conversation stays in this page’s memory and is cleared when you clear the chat or leave the page. Each follow-up sends the recent conversation to Google again. The website stores usage counters and a daily-changing, salted fingerprint of the connection IP address to limit abuse. Counters expire and are periodically removed; they contain no message text or raw IP addresses. Google handles its own retention under its terms.
AI replies can be wrong. They do not book appointments, send inquiries, inspect products, or provide binding quotes. When the free quota is unavailable, the calculator, inquiry form, and booking page remain available.
Website hosting
The hosting provider may process basic connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Photos and videos
Project photos and videos are hosted as part of this website. Viewing them does not load an embedded social-media player.

The original Google booking calendar, TaskRabbit, and Thumbtack are separate services. Their own privacy policies apply.
